Immeuble très bien situé et appartement spacieux

This main floor apartment is well worn but well equiped and cozy. Lots of character.
Positive: The location is very central and I was able to easily walk to a lovely riverside dining hall for brunch and to the evening concert in the square. The unit is restful and quiet.
Negative: This did not impact the room in any way but the corridor outside the room smells quite musty from the cellar stairs nearby. It's not a big issue. I only noticed while coming and going. It's an historic building so one must factor that in to the charming place. Free street parking is available but it can be a bit of a walk to find a spot in high season.
