Comfortable quick visit in Vichy
Positive: The location was very well with a lot of restaurants and bars.
Not to far from stores and shopping streets.
Negative: It was not easy finding a parking space nearby.

Negative: 3 serrures de porte mais 2 clés
J'ai tel 2 fois au concierge pour obtenir des informations concernant la serrure grosse 🔑 parce qu'il fallait insister et attendre un clic particulier. Un changement de serrure serait bienvenu

Jolie bien placé mais insonorisation affreuse
Positive: L appartement est agréable, rénovation récente au goût du jour.
L emplacement parfait.
Parking en bas de l immeuble ( payant )
Negative: Insonorisation ZÉRO, que ce soit les bruits hors de l’immeuble mais aussi dans l’immeuble. On entend tous les voisins !
Simples virages, parquet qui craque ++++et les porte grinces 🫤 discrétion impossible
