Positive: Die Wohnung ist geräumig und nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Die angegebene Ausstattung ist auch tatsächlich vorhanden. Negative: Ich fand die Klassizifiziering mit 3 Sternen überbewertet, da viele Ausstattungsgegenstände preislich aus dem Niedrigsegment stammten .

Très bel appartement, très propre et spacieux. Positive: l'entrée dans l'immeuble est sécurisée, bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé, bien décoré, parfaitement propre. Proche de la gare, proche commerces et restaurants. Negative: le quartier est un peu bruyant.
