Le rue Neuve - 20 rue Samuel Paty - Vichy

Perfect for short term exploration ! Positive: I loved the location ! Very easy to get everywhere by foot. Negative: It was quite noisy - you could hear people on the street but also above the flat. I assume that the peuple on the ground floor could hear us too.

Calm Positive: The apartment is very spacious and well dispositioned. Each bedroom also has a desk. It is located in a quiet part of town near a park and an easy walk from the center. The building is secure and well kept. I found free parking easily on the streets around. Negative: The big drawback of this apartment is that it has a southwest exposure and no air conditioning. It was very very hot. We were given a fan, but there need to be small, quiet fans for the bedrooms.
