Positive: Connivence. Great space. Value for money for certain.
Negative: Dark Bed linen, soft bed and very very hard pillows. Public hallway light ..!issue.
Unnecessary heat in the bathroom all night long. Had to close the door to prevent heat entering bedroom.
All that said this is a superbly appointed apartment- improve the bed aspects greatly - control the heating …. And you
Can charge 25% more for it.
