Je n’y retournerai pas Positive: Place de parking Negative: Les photos ne correspondent pas à l’appartement choisi, nous pensions avoir choisi un appartement moderne avec une terrasse comme sur les photos de booking. Nous avons eu un appartement très vieillot avec de la literie qui n’est pas de premiere jeunesse. La personne de l’agence nous dit que ce n’est pas de son fait et que c’est booking qui gère les photos…ce n’est pas de notre fait non plus, c’est à la limite de la publicité mensongère….

Great location, communication, and well equipped apartments Positive: We booked a number of apartments in this residence to stay as a sports team playing in a tournament locally. The apartments were exactly what we needed, each came with a well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and parking outside the accommodation. The location was great with shops and restaurants easily accessible. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Negative: One of the properties had full aircon which was great, the others just had fans so it could be quite warm in the apartments, but it was cool at night so we just left the windows open. We booked knowing this was the case so not an issue for us, but something to note for those looking at booking

Families with little children ( below 2) avoid this place Positive: Probably the best thing about this place was the location, close to the city center and also possibility to park and charge e-vehicle. The parking does not belong to the appartment though, it is a public parking. Negative: The appartment we had is very old, in an old building with an old building smell.No ac, but also no fan ....we most probably had 30°C in the appartment. Additionally, we've requested a cot which was available but was not installed by the staff and also no linen were provided. The appartment was not vaccumed when we arrived and we had spiders in there ( at least we could not say that no one was there to greet us). Also no baby chair was available ....the bedsin the rooms are very small ...probably 140x190, and extremly inconfortable. The communication was not very good as when we explained the issues, no one came to sort out the problems. I would definitively not recommend this place for families with small children. Not to mention that when you leave, they expect that you take down the bed linen, take out the trash, wash the dishes ....
