Le Haut Provence - 1 rue Provence - Vichy

Annonce peu fidèle au logement réel (Haut-de-Provence), étage non précisé malgré son importance. Positive: La facilité pour ce garer Negative: Je souhaitais faire un retour concernant notre séjour. Il était indiqué qu’il s’agissait de plusieurs appartements et les photos présentaient différents logements. En revanche, à aucun moment il n’était précisé que l’appartement attribué, en l’occurrence le Haut-de-Provence, se situait au troisième étage. Pour ma part, cela ne me convient pas pour des raisons de santé, et si cette information avait été clairement mentionnée, je n’aurais malheureusement pas réservé ce logement. Par ailleurs, nous avons constaté la présence d’un important bloc de glace à l’intérieur du réfrigérateur, ce qui n’était pas très pratique à l’usage. Je souhaitais également préciser que les photos ne correspondaient pas, selon moi, au niveau de qualité et au rendu réel de l’appartement Haut-de-Provence que nous avons occupé. Cela a créé une différence entre les attentes générées par l’annonce et la réalité du logement. Nous étions sous les combles, un rafraichisseur d'air avez été installé mais hyper bruyant. Je souhaitais simplement vous faire part de ces éléments afin qu’ils puissent être pris en compte pour les prochains voyageurs.

Negative: Absence d'armoire pour les habits.

Great location Positive: Great location plus easy parking Negative: Unfortunately we arrived in a heatwave and the air conditioning didn’t work properly with only a tiny cooling band and the exhaust fan blowing more hot air into the apartment than out. Coupled with this the fridge door didn’t close properly and so the food was hot. The hosts were responsive to fixing this and if that was the case it would be a good place to stay to visit Vichy

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!! Avoid like the plague - at ALL costs!!! Positive: Location and neighbours were lovely, but our whole experience was absolutely ruined by the issues and lack of response! Negative: Too much to mention - Photos are self explanatory! Extremely small cramped loft space, desperately converted into a makeshift rental place, however the size or lack of light/windows were not the issue. Broken air conditioning, dirty dishes and broken utilities all photographed, filmed and reported to the property handlers and they did nothing at all, at any point! Advertised A/C was broken and reported a few times, but they were arrogant and reluctant to assist in the nearly 40degree heat, which is beyond unacceptable. They have no knowledge of customer service and have very far to go! A simple apology could have helped, but instead we received a nonsical and ignorant rude response!!! What then topped it all off wqs the cleaner arriving at 8am on our last day, when checkout was at 11am-(she at least had the decency to apologise), unlike the property, when they were notified yet again of more issues. All problematic issues were completely ignored by the hosts, who have absolutely no idea/experience in basic customer service!
