Positive: Appartement lumineux, très agréable et très bien équipé. Proche des berges de l'Allier, des parcs et du centre ville. Immeuble calme. Negative: Il faudrait ajouter des couverts. A savoir: le canapé-lit n'a pas de couette car il n'est pas considéré comme couchage.
